Suspension and Termination

By Us: We may, in our sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to and use of the Services (including your access to any funds or digital assets held in our smart contracts, subject to your sole control of your private keys) at any time, with or without prior notice, if we suspect or determine, in our sole judgment, that: (i) you have violated these Terms or any applicable law; (ii) you are engaging in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, including any activity that may expose us or other users to harm or liability; (iii) you have provided false, incomplete or misleading information; (iv) we are required to do so to comply with law enforcement requests, legal orders, or regulatory requirements; or (v) technical issues or maintenance require such action. We shall not be liable to you for any losses or inconvenience resulting from our refusal, suspension, or termination of your access to the Services, provided such action is taken in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

By You: You are free to stop using our Services at any time. You may simply cease accessing the platform and, if applicable, withdraw any assets you have in the system by interacting with the underlying smart contracts (to the extent possible). These Terms will automatically terminate when you permanently discontinue all use of the Services, except for those clauses that survive per below.

Effect of Termination: Upon any termination of these Terms for any reason: (a) any rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately; (b) you remain responsible for any obligations or liabilities you have incurred up to the date of termination; and (c) Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimer), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), 15 (Governing Law) and 16 (Dispute Resolution), and any other provision which by nature should survive, shall survive termination of these Terms and continue in full force and effect.
