Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. However, if you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, you will retain the benefit of those mandatory protections, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such local law.
