Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with any documents incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services or features) constitute the entire agreement between you and CICADA Finance regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, related to the subject matter herein. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, or representation made or given by or on behalf of CICADA Finance which is not expressly set out in these Terms.

Any failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of CICADA Finance.
