User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, unlawful gambling, spreading malware, or engaging in cyber-attacks. You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services.

• Information Accuracy: Ensure that any information you provide to us (if any, e.g., during a Know-Your-Customer verification) is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update such information promptly, if applicable, to keep it accurate and current.

• Device Security: Take necessary precautions to secure the devices and software you use to access our Services. We are not liable for viruses, malware, or other harmful code that you may encounter during usage, so you should use up-to-date security software.

If you breach any of the above or any other provision of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services as described in Section 14.
