Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable (if permissible) or, if not possible, severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect. The parties further agree to replace any invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that achieves, as far as possible, the original commercial intention.
