We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at our sole discretion from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by posting the updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date at the top, and/or by sending you an email or displaying a prominent notice within the Services (Privacy Policy | Cicada Wallet). It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Changes to these Terms will become effective at the time of posting, unless a later effective date is specified. By continuing to access or use the Services after the updated Terms have become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.

For clarity, no unilateral amendment will retroactively change dispute resolution provisions for ongoing disputes unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
