The settlement layer is responsible for the entire system’s fund flows and return settlements. Cicada ensures secure and efficient asset settlements through professional asset management teams. The fund subscription/redemption processes are optimized, with some assets achieving T+0 exit, significantly enhancing fund liquidity. The design goal of this layer is to reduce users’ fund waiting costs, making asset return distribution faster, more stable, and more transparent.
