CICADA Finance’s overall technical architecture follows the design philosophy of “layered decoupling, modular collaboration.” The platform consists of five core layers forming an efficient, scalable, and composable on-chain asset management system. This architecture meets institutional-grade security requirements while accommodating flexible product innovation and multi-chain expansion capabilities.

The application layer is the core of value and business extension in the CICADA Finance ecosystem. It faces different types of financial markets, including DeFi markets, traditional financial markets (TradFi), CeDeFi hybrid financial markets, coin-stock linkage systems, and RWA real asset markets, building an interoperable and scalable open financial application matrix.
