Launchpad

The Launchpad is an onchain launch infrastructure introduced by CICADA Finance, designed to support structured participation in token launches and ecosystem events under transparent rules and controlled risk parameters. It is intended to reduce participation friction, provide clear execution logic, and offer flexible capital participation modes depending on the specific launch configuration.

Non-collateralized Leverage Launch Model

CICADA Finance has introduced a non-collateralized leverage participation model through strategic cooperation with external credit providers. Under this model, eligible users may opt into leveraged participation to increase their effective subscription exposure without posting additional collateral.Key characteristics of this model include:

  • Optional leverage mode Users may choose whether to enable leverage participation based on their own risk appetite and understanding of the terms.

  • Rule-based execution and disclosure Participation is executed through predefined interfaces and contract-linked workflows, with terms disclosed at the point of participation.

  • Subscription, allocation, and settlement flow The launch process follows a structured workflow: commit funds → (optional) enable leverage → launch concludes → allocation computed → unallocated funds refunded → tokens claimable.

Ended Launch Records

CICADA Finance may include references to completed launch campaigns within documentation as historical operational records. Where a specific Launchpad event has ended, it will be clearly labeled as Ended and presented solely for transparency and reference purposes, not as an active offer or ongoing availability.
